fun fact! that will make people say i dont care or shush up scott lol - Coffee stays in your system for a long time. in fact did you know if you stop drinking coffee at noon about 25% of it is still in your system by 10pm!! which does effect your sleep! causing you to wake up feeling rough making you drink even more coffee!! and did you know those who drink coffee daily depending on how you time it, your SYSTEM never gets rid of the coffee because your always refreshing it! - caffeine can still reduce sleep depth/quality, even when you don’t notice much trouble falling asleep, over time this can effect your nervous system - suddenly stopping can cause headaches, fatigue, irritability, brain fog, and sleepiness for a few days. or even worse if you have been drinking coffee daily for days / weeks

long term studies have shown,

chronic sleep disruption

increased anxiety/jitteriness in sensitive people

higher resting heart rate or palpitations in some people

dependence/tolerance

using caffeine to mask chronic sleep deprivation

Coffee can also build up heavy metals over time, so for those who dont work out or sweat a lot this can add up, which is why

your suppose to cut off coffee as early as possible

and thats 1 cup of coffee, if you drink 1-3 and stop at noon there still 25% left in your system by 10pm but its a stronger Dose VS 1 cup that day. if you stop drinking coffee by 3pm and go to bed at 10pm you still got 34-40% of the caffeine in your system! which could be up to 80MG still in your system which equals to almost a small coffee and the cycle returns because if you stop you feel horrible for 1-3 days after etc which often makes people run to another coffee on day 3 starting the cycle all over. NOW! whats even worse is people are adding energy drinks on top of coffee! basically trashing their system that can really have nervous system problems you should always consider 1 energy drink as a cup of coffee, and try to be done by noon at the latest on all caffine MG matters as well, just 50MG leaves about 12.5MG in your system by 8pm if you stop at 10am , 100mg = 25mg left and 200mg = 50mg left. i know this wont matter to most people and i get it! but its just some useful info i think its worth noting if you have nervous system issues, trouble sleeping or staying alseep or if you wake up in the middle of the night wondering why - ( coffee finally ends your body craves it so your awoken by this ) so maybe mark out your coffee drinking time, and see how it aligns with you waking up in the middle of the night etc, is coffee bad? nope in fact when managed its great! its just us humans dont manage things to well.. clearly XD some do! but most dont and trust me i fall into different categories like that! but as i learn i often relay this to others even if they dont wanna hear it lol but of course do what you want! its just some info! that i plan to try and follow it, im already pretty good as far as i drinking coffee maybe 1-3 times per 7 days but where i struggle is iced coffee / sugar and i often drink a small to med - but i enjoy sipping on it for hours so i often will sip on it when i do have it prob anywhere from 10am to 1pm so when i do have it, its def still in my system so im just going to try and keep that in my mind!
